Welcome to finfire. By accessing or using the website, calculators, and services at finfire.org, accumulate.finfire.org, or burndown.finfire.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Nature of the Service

finfire provides mathematical modelling and simulation tools for personal retirement accumulation and drawdown planning, based on the three-bucket retirement strategy. The tools are designed to help you explore scenarios, understand compound growth, and model portfolio burndown over time.

2. Strictly Not Investment or Financial Advice

This is strictly a planning tool, solely for calculation purposes. It is not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice by any means.

finfire is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or tax consultant. Financial markets carry substantial risk, and actual future returns, inflation, and tax laws will vary from model assumptions. You are solely responsible for evaluating your financial situation and making all personal investment and retirement decisions.

3. User Accounts

You may use the calculators freely without an account using sample figures. To enter your own numbers, you can sign in with an email address via a single-use authentication magic link. You agree to use a valid email address that you own and control.

4. Pro Passes and Payments

Pro access is provided as a 30-day pass for a flat fee. Pro passes do not auto-renew. You will never be billed automatically without your explicit consent. Purchasing an additional pass while an existing pass is active stacks another 30 days onto your existing expiration date.

Payment processing is handled securely by our payment partner, Razorpay, which complies with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your payment card details, UPI credentials, or banking information on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, visual designs, algorithms, formulas, and written text on finfire are proprietary and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, clone, reverse engineer, or redistribute the calculators or server engines without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall finfire, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the tools or calculations.
